A lot of thought and effort into our pricing, hence, we reserve the right to update and discontinue our products at our discretion. When we change the price of a product, this website will reflect the new price. 

 

Products that have been discontinued may no longer appear on the website.

Shipping & Delivery: A complimentary shipping service will be provided on all orders above INR 1500. For orders below INR 1500, we charge a nominal fee of INR 150.

 

All items are dispatched within 7 - 10 working days. All made-to-order products are dispatched within 15-20 working days. No exchange or return on made-to-order products.

Returns: An item can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns on made-to-order products. 

 

The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The return of the product will only be approved once it has been received and quality checked. 

 

All items can be returned for a credit coupon, which is applicable for any purchase made directly from us. The entire amount of the product excluding shipping costs will be credited to the coupon code. The coupon code can be used for any future purchase within 6 months of receiving it. The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The customer has to bear the shipping cost of returning the items.

Cancellation: Cancellation is only possible before an order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email hello@raariindia.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Online store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
