A lot of thought and effort into our pricing, hence, we reserve the right to update and discontinue our products at our discretion. When we change the price of a product, this website will reflect the new price. 

 

Products that have been discontinued may no longer appear on the website.

Shipping & Delivery: A complimentary shipping service will be provided on all orders above INR 1500. For orders below INR 1500, we charge a nominal fee of INR 150.

 

All items are dispatched within 7 - 10 working days. All made-to-order products are dispatched within 15-20 working days. No exchange or return on made-to-order products.

Returns: An item can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product by sending an email to hello@raariindia.com. We do not accept returns/exchange on made-to-order and sale products.

 

The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check and subsequently, the product value will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days.

The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The customer has to bear the shipping cost of returning the items.

Cancellation: Cancellation is only possible before an order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email hello@raariindia.com within 12 hours of placing your order. For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 1 week. 

 

There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any made-to-order products.
